Worked well for family shots. This little remote lived up to my expectations. I didn't give it a 5 star because I haven't used any other wireless remotes to base this review against.
Customer Review: Works As Intended
I used this remote to take self portraits, family portraits and pictures of me and my wife on trips when nobody was there to "snap" our photo while standing on the beach. It's small enough to hide in your hand or slip into your pocket before the shutter goes off. There's been a few times I had to press it more than once because of the infrared, but that's expected. I've never been further than 15 feet so I can't tell you the longest range is.
